I buy most of my vitamins from Vitacost. I also buy some from Amazon like vitamin C(Viva Labs) since I want higher quality stuff. I've been taking higher doses of vitamins and minerals the last month or so and I wake up earlier and feel better.

The salt I'm talking about are any of them that still have the spectrum of minerals in them. I just add a little salt to my eggs or eat a teaspoon of clay powder with water. I know farmers mix rock dust in the soil for remineralization.

I've also read that food has less trace minerals than it did 100 years ago. Ways around that are to get the trace minerals individually in foods that are high in them like Brazil nuts for selenium and kelp for iodine. Magnesium is one of the most important minerals just as important as calcium. If you think coffee is high in magnesium you might be low as well.

Indeed. I eat 90% dark chocolate almost every day but I'm not a fan of baths, although Epsom salts are one of the best ways to absorb magnesium as well.

Interesting link! I take magnesium glycinate in pill form as well. I don't know if it's alternative health propaganda or the truth but many websites say magnesium oil is better absorbed than pills.

I have tried tom's of maine deodorant but that just covers the odor. This magnesium oil seems to neutralize the odor.

Magnesium is better absorbed through the skin than digesting pills. This is all natural.

It seems to work good so far. It does burn on open wounds but not on unbroken skin unless you are allergic to it.

Vitamins work great if you know which ones you need. I take the full spectrum of vitamins but try to limit copper and take higher doses of zinc. I don't need b12 because I eat sardines every day. I don't need iodine because I eat seaweed every few days. I don't need vitamin a because I eat eggs, butter, kale, spinach,…
