I'd rather have eggs on toast with butter or a can of sardines than sweets anymore. Fresh fruit is also good.

I agree with the chia seeds. I mix them in yogurt with some water since chia seeds absorb it.

What I've learned from her is that you can eat a lot of fruit if you want and not get diabetes. I do question her diet of bananas, dates, sugarcane juice, and coconut sugar with barely any fat and protein in the diet.

If you mix mayo, tuna, honey, mustard and relish you have your own tuna in tartar sauce. 2-3 Tbsp with a 5 oz can sounds about right.

It's a really fun game. It's very relaxing if you don't stress out too much about getting tons of things done. I've spent most of my time farming with a little mining. I stink at fishing. I'm still in Spring of the first year and I only have 3 one heart relationships.

I'm all for supplements, because you can have the best diet and not be getting all your vitamins and minerals. Zinc, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Niacin, and B6 are some that are deficient in most diets.

I try to take 5000 iu a day unless I go outside that day for 15 mins in the sun.

If you want the best, you have to make it yourself. I have both milk kefir and sugar kefir, they are very simple to make.

I eat a few bananas most days. I like them when they have just turned yellow or even slightly green still. I really don't like them when they are considered ripe.

MUD PIE! Oreos and butter with ice cream, hot fudge, cool whip, and pecans.

I play Left 4 Dead 2, Killing Floor, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Saints Row the Third, Sniper Elite 3, Zombie Army Trilogy and Wolfenstein: the New Order because that's what my PC can handle.

I recently found my SNES I got when I was in 7th grade. The only game I have left is the original Mario Kart. I also have a Wii and a PS3 but I'm mostly a PC gamer. My PC is 8 years old so I'm saving for a new PC.

flax and chia are great mixed in yogurt and adding some fruit doesn't hurt.

If your acid reflux is from low stomach acid like mine was you can take betaine pills and eat whatever you want in moderation.

I would label GMOs and from what source. It shouldn't any more expensive, probably a few pennies. Also legalize raw milk.
-
I like most types of hummus. I like wildwood organic best but it's expensive and they quit selling it locally.

I eat sardines every few days if not every day instead of pills

Kale is amazing in gnocchi soup. I also don't mind it raw in sandwiches instead of lettuce.

Grassfed labeling is going bye bye in the U.S. agweb.com/article/grass-fed-label-dropped-by-usda-for-beef-video-naa-wyatt-bechtel/

I quit drinking moo milk and have switched to coconut milk and cashew milk but I still eat yogurt and kefir for the probiotics. Buttermilk is also great when it's available.

As long as they don't release them into the wild to crossbreed with other species, and they are labelled as farmed fish, I'll be OK with it.
-
I like the King Oscar sardines with peppercorns or jalapenos or just smoked in olive oil. I try to eat a can every day.

Homemade probiotics like kimchi, sauerkraut, and kefir are much better than anything you can buy at a store.

I agree that iron and lithium you can overdose quite easily. calcium and zinc you'd have to take a lot and high doses of zinc will make you throw up.

That's probably because they don't read any books before taking them. There are a couple you should stay away from like vitamin A, time released niacin, and synthetic vitamin E.

Again I never said "drugs don't treat disease just symptoms." I said "most drugs don't." I probably shouldn't say vague things like this. Drugs are essential when one gets ill but they are not nutrients like vitamins and they should compliment each other. Most of the propaganda against high doses of vitamins is untrue.
