I knew it.

Death by strawberries?

Well when all antibiotics fail, I'll fall back on vitamin C. You can do what ever you want.
-
I never suggested that it be the primary treatment. Antibiotics and vitamin C can be used at the same time.

I know one vitamin that would have people going to the E.R. and that would be niacin(nicotinic acid). They might think it's an allergic reaction. Niacin causes the blood vessels to dilate or open up near the skin, which results in a hot, tingling sensation accompanied by a red flushing of the skin.

What happens when the antibiotics fail? Why not have vitamin C as extra defense? Also vitamin C is an antifungal and you will want that after a strong antibiotic.
-
Why have you tried it? Most if not all the side effects are lies by the medical industry. Vitamin C causes kidney stones? wrong. General use of vitamin C is for prevention not really a treatment as with most vitamins.
-
Vitamin C treats Pneumonia in high doses.
-
Well at least vitamins have less side effects than most drugs and actually treat a disease or issue and not just the symptoms.

I take Betaine HCl for low stomach acid and haven't had acid reflux for years. It sure beats Prilosec, Pepsid AC, Zantac, Tums, etc.
-
I always buy organic yogurt usually Stonyfield. Yogurt and peanut butter is a great combo.
-
It makes a nice vinaigrette mixed with oil and blended raspberries.
-
Homemade is the most helpful. I also like Helios by that's an American brand.
-
I use peanut oil for hash browns and coconut oil or butter for frying eggs. I try to avoid canola oil, corn, cottonseed, etc.

See a doctor. It could also be thrush which would need an anti-fungal. Also you might want to read up on candida.
-
How else can you make a turtle sundae?
-
I like vitacost.com. They are cheap and good quality.
-
They are wrong about vitamins and probiotics for two things.
-
I buy their milk and dark chocolate hazelnut bars and sweet potato chips. Also strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and mangoes are really cheap in season.
-
\ I guess you do have to be selling the vitamins and saying they cure a disease but they will target you if you do. Look it up yourself if you want to bring it up at your meeting.
-
It's mostly wrong in it's views and attacks alternative medicine with little knowledge of it.
-
I was joking. I hate that website.

You can make your own sugar and milk kefir at home. All you need is the kefir grains, a glass jar, a strainer, and milk or sugar and water for the two different types of kefir.
-
But what does sciencebasedmedicine.org say about it?
-
That's why it's important to choose a good brand.
-
Synthetic vitamin A is worthless and should be removed just like synthetic vitamin E and time released niacin.
-
No, the FDA will go after you if you say some vitamin cures some disease.
-
No if would more likely be doctors that want to push a drug with limited training in nutrition and vitamin therapy. Some hospitals (the good ones) give intravenous vitamin C of high doses. The book is science based and has a lot of references or else the FDA would be after him.
-
The studies are referenced in the book. I know you wouldn't get it but there may be others that will, free from your library.
