Losing smell and taste are signs of zinc deficiency, try to eat a ribeye or some oysters.

I'd get Doom Eternal but I still have Doom to play through and I don't want to pay full price. I should be playing Skyrim SE but my mods are all out of date. I plan on getting Half-Life Alyx but not for full price. I picked up Octopath Traveler for $30. It has been very fun so far. I might pay full price for Trials of…

I really love homemade tartar sauce on french fries.

I'm playing yugioh ultimate masters 2006 gba game. It's such a time sink. It's nostalgic since that's around the time I played yugioh online.

For a 1 lb frozen steak I recommend 15 minutes at 400 as well. 5 min preheat, 10 minutes on one side, and 5 minutes on the other.

I make ribeyes, strip steaks, and ribs in my air fryer. Meat is the only ingredient.

I have or had a fatty liver and I'm carnivore now.

I bought a Cosori because it's highly rated on Amazon. I had my first fried steak and it was perfect. 25 minutes from frozen to perfect.

I'm mostly carnivore so you might not agree with me but I think you should eat more beef and beef liver not less. They are one of the best sources of iron besides shellfish.

I feel really well after eating a lb of bacon. One of the things that makes life good. I try to eat 1-3 lbs a week. I usually go for lower sodium bacon but supplement Redmond salt.
-
I’m just getting started.

I will see how the top round fried in bacon grease is. I don’t like eggs in bacon grease much anymore not sure why but it makes me nauseous. I’m dropping the plant foods for a while and doing carnivore with only coffee and tea for plant foods.

Nice list. Ground beef and pork sausage will save me some money instead of steaks so much. I recently found out I love mussels in garlic butter sauce. They are high in chromium too which is not in a lot of foods. I eat too much cheese, Swiss, cheddar, Monterrey jack, and Colby jack. I bought brats even though they are full…

I'm 80%-90% carnivore. I really enjoy it. I have no desire to stop this. I don't drink my calories so no half and half or cream. I will add back for maintenance if I ever get there. I do have sour cream to mix with canned fish in water. Eating plenty of protein every day makes my muscle mass very good with minimal…

@Sylphadora Wow that's a little too much for me. I bet I'd like it too but not for that price. From what I've read, collagen doesn't seem really necessary . Usually the ones saying it are trying to sell you it. You can get the same amino acids from chicken skin, clams, pork, beef, tuna, and salmon. I'm under-eating now. I…

I'm working on getting rid of plants foods and I'm not going to buy them very much at the store. I do buy cheap soup for if I get the flu or a cold. The main thing about zero carb is getting enough calories for me. I figure 2 meals of about 1000-1200 calories per day. I don't count them though just a rough guess.

That site is great. Lots of good info. I'm still going to eat veggies occasionally but you convinced me to get rid of them completely for now. I hope oxalate dumping isn't as bad as they say.

I don't envy being a moderator. I'm pretty certain that a meat based diet is the best for me. I do have a lot of doubts for other things but just ask questions here or consult a nutritional database. Sausage and ground beef mixed is super tasty. I'll have to hit the supermarket for some. I had 8 scrambled eggs and melted…

I didn't watch the whole video. I guess I don't really care too much. Frank seems to like offending people which is not a good habit if you want people to listen to you. Some of his thumbnails are in very poor taste. I haven't really watched that many of Frank's videos but I did subscribe which I'll undo. Iron overload…

You need a lifetime supply of ribeyes. I like grain fed ribeyes better personally but he pushes grass fed because of all the so called drugs in grain fed. I feel great from conventional ribeyes. I wonder if he has a genetic disposition to iron overload or if it's possibly from the synthetic vitamin A drug he says almost…

He sounds like some of the people on mfp from years ago. I do worry on the diet about micronutrients like chromium, boron, molybdenum, copper, etc. I know Redmond salt contains trace amounts of minerals though. I guess I should be more concerned with the effects of obesity than micronutrients.

Ok thanks for help on zerocarb and for the info on Frank, he must have been pretty terrible to be banned from that group. I won't be so trusting of his info just like any youtube video and do further research. I think I have the carnivore diet figured out for myself using nutritional databases if not I'll be asking the…

I knew that, I just forget things fast. I try to read all I can on carnivore.

I’m playing BoxVR on a Rift S. It’s a very good and can be a quick workout. I’m lifting my 55 lb dumbbells again and want to use the 70 lb ones soon. I miss barbells but don’t want to pay a gym membership. Hope everyone is doing well!
-
I’m thinking of going animal products only finally. I’ll probably never go zero carb because I love dairy. I’m weightlifting again and doing VR boxing.
-
Ok thank you. I don't have any signs of iron overload so far and have been eating a ton of steaks.
-
Do you have any info on iron overload or it's not a concern at all? I admit Frank seems paranoid at times but has some good info. I looked up Shawn Baker and he says on twitter he doesn't have any signs of iron overload with 4 lbs. of steak a day for who knows how long?
-
Great although I saw Frank Tufano's video about iron overload so I'm incorporating a few more veggies, avocados which are high in copper, and lower iron meats. I probably don't have to worry about iron overload but it definitely is something to consider. I'm still keto carnivore or 80-90% carnivore. I'm going to eat more…

I think whole milk is a much better choice than almond milk especially raw from a reputable source.
