Looks like i spoke to soon, after 3 days on the pyllium husk, it stopped working, now i tried magnesium today and nothing :sad: think I'll try probiotics next or the bulletproof coffee :embarassed:

Thanks all, food for thought (but not eggs) i have tried egg replacer and it tastes horrid, i think its a good idea just to go breadless as suggested, to get rid of the cravings.
