Yes, I'm in. I also have a desk job - I'm able to walk during lunch or other times during the day so I'm able to get in my 60 minutes/day. Thanks - Rachel

My exercise the last couple of days has been snow shoveling. We have had quite a bit of snow here in Northern Colorado and don't expect it to end before tomorrow.

walking at lunch or during breaks is a good idea. my office is near the City Park so it would be an enjoyable walk. So far this challenge has been good for me - keeping me aware of everything I eat as well as the amount of exercise I am getting. Thanks!!!

I was able to stay within my limits yesterday (the first day of the challenge). I'm not sure that food/liquid intake is the problem but rather getting exercise. I have trouble sleeping so I am usually rushing in the mornings to get out the door and then by evening I'm exhausted. Not sure how to handle this - so any…
