I do lots of cardio, kickboxing ect. And I lift pretty heavy right now (first tri) but I know Im going to have to go down in weight in my second tri. Btw… with my first born I gained 45lbs! And my second 40lbs. My largest was 178 with baby. I felt so horrible, never doing that again.

Ok Im still in my first tri but I have gained two pounds, guessing its mostly bloat. I weighed 125 at the Docs at my 8week check up, my 12 week is coming up, we will seee!!!!

Thanks! We were TTC for a while, my husband has some health issues so we kinda gave up, then I got a posi. Good luck TTC.

I had a weight watchers frozen meal, I tend to stay away from the processed foods especially frozen meals, but it was a last resort.... Im getting ready to work out soon, I know Im going to be fatigued bc of it.

my husband struggles with love handles, and hes only 25, lol.... I know that plyometrics or jump training helped me get rid of the the handles. Also running REALLY does wonders, but I hate running.... so I like doing Plyo and jump training! Chalean extreme is good for toning!

i know a lady that charges 75 bucks per week per child, that seems reasonable considering other nannys! You could probably charge more
