  • I have turbojam and turbofire. I know the moves are a little tricky but keep at it you will get it really quickly. I am 54 and I can do them. Turbofire is faster and more intense. I have had GREAT results with both. I find that with either workout within two weeks you will see a pretty nice difference. So keep it up.
