Question to any trainers out there

Quick questions please; I am a 55 year old woman who uses testostrone cream as part of hormone replacement. How will this effect me when I lift weights? I know most women cannot bulk up because our testostrone levels are lower but with the cream mine are actually on the high side for a woman.

Didn't really know who else to ask. I tried to google the question but as you can imagine did not find anything.

Thanks appreciate your help.

ask your doctor about your hormone cycle. That is more important for a woman.

feeding the muscles with proteins through out the day is a big factor as to if you can or can't "bulk up" as well as how you are lifting.

You can't bulk unless you are lifting heavy enough to promote muscle adaptation AND providing enough compete amino acids for muscles to rebuild bigger.

    No worries. Happy training!
