Wow, those are awesome. I'll add mine.... I'm now down to 154.5 pounds :) I will probably do another update on pictures at like 145 and then my final weight :) Well first they were too big...now they are kinda small lol.

I'd gain about a million pounds if I did that...My parents are divorced and so is DH's...You know how many Thanksgivings and Christmas's we have. Ugh. Turkey day for me I have 2 dinners to go to. One is and afternoon dinner, and the other is dinner dinner...ugh. I am going to be STUFFED the entire day!!!

I weigh in officially on here once a week (same time same day) but I will check periodically through the week. I measure every other week. Inches take a bit longer to come off so I only measure 2 times a month. But it's whatever works for you.

I would keep working out. That's how your muscles improve...your body repairs the muscles and they become stronger or more toned or whatever. If it's something that you just can not work through then don't do it...you have to listen to your body on that.

You can turn off the meal suggestions on SP...Some of them sound good though lol. I normally just eat whatever I want to eat and make sure it is the right portion size so I can't really help you out there...

I get like that every so often. It's always on days that I work my butt off in exercise too...so the end of the day I have TONS of calories left to eat and don't want to think about food.

I just did the first 2 miles of the dvd I have. I use my HRM to track it so I just enter it in as walk at home and manually enter my calories.

Just make healthy choices, and when you order your meal ask for a to go box and automatically put half of the meal in the box when you get it. Thanks :) The one skirt fits really nice right now. I know when I go to the airport and pick up DH it will be too big (as long as I stick to this and don't blow it on Thanksgiving and stuff. Going back home for a month...hope I can stick to it). I'll have to go get a smoking outfit to wear to the airport :D

It doesn't matter what time I go to bed I can NOT get out of bed before 7 am. It's normally like 7:18 and I have to get my kids up and fed, dressed, and ready to go to school by 7:45. UGH.

You can get the walk at home dvd's. I have one and I can do like 4-5 miles in my own living room and it does not need much room at all (mainly you walk in place or like 4 up and 4 back). It also came with a resistant band for the last mile to do some resistant training.

I normally buy the flavored instant oatmeals. They have weight control ones and low calorie ones.
