now that i can exercise again. i lost 4 pounds for week 3 and only missed one day of exercise. but that puts me at my goal for this month,so i am very happy.

so for week 2 I lost 1pound but now that i have an inhaler again i can start to work out again. today was the first workout in two weeks. it feels great to be able to workout again. good luck everyone.

I only lost 1 pound, but that is at least something. I haven't been able to exercise do to my asthma, no inhaler. I go to the Doctors on Friday so next week I should be able to back into the grove of things.

I know it didn't check in for week 3, but I did make my goal of losing 5 pounds or more. however i didn't do my exercise goal. I was only able to exercise 2 days at most. But I did do Relay for Life with my sister. I walked a 9 mile that day. And enjoyed every minute of it.

My Goal for this month is to lose 6 pounds and exercise 3 days a week. and walk my dogs 3 days a week. WEEK 1 IN MAY: WEEK 2 IN MAY: WEEK 3 IN MAY: WEEK 4 IN MAY: Current Weight: 241 When I do all of this I should be at 235. Good Luck Everyone!!!

So for week two I lost 2 pounds. Only got my one day of exercise in but I went to a car show Sunday a did lots of walking around so that is at least something. I know it's late for the first week check in but I did lose 4 pounds but didn't get my exercise in.
