I rarely need to weigh so I use a postal scale and weigh the bowl or plate empty then again with the food on it. Just another idea. Mine is from a yard sale ;) but I think free deals can be found on those for people who sell on ebay etc. That's why I got it in the first place.

I was a substitute teacher for awhile and I called several 'pats' he or she and was always wrong. I felt horrible and couldn't learn to address them as 'student's. Honestly high school kids can be so mean :/

I think athletic

I always hated my thighs even when I weighed 133-135 before. Now I went from 190 to 145 this year but with exercise and I have a completely different body. Mine have slimmed but I'm still working on the muscles in them. I am going for an athletic look though.

I do a different muscle group each workout

Oh going way over is fine! Not anything to worry about it just means less of your cals are from fat and carbs and more are from protien. I have trouble reaching my protien goal would be thrilled to go over. This isn't easy for anyone ;)

Take pics of yourself

You have fat leftover could have real butter on your broccoli yesterday add toast and jelly etc instead of 1 cup cereal can do 1 and 1/2 with full cup of milk...stuff like that. Could add some nuts or some chocolate! Yum!
-
A lot of people say not to but I do it all the time. Or at least a ton of cals late at night.

Try and compare to some you've eaten in the past that you can look up then just look up diner fries or homemade ones and pick one that sounds about right

Aha get caught staring oh no! I was just getting a picture of your ribs in relation to your hip bone there...
-
Everyone has this and not many have problems? Or not many have the free rib?

Free floating rib? Huh?

Last summer?! Wow! You have done an amazing job. Congratulations!

2 lbs per week is pretty fast. It is better to eat more. Try setting it to 1 you may still lose quickly anyway. The last 10-15 lbs ideally should be set at 1/2 lb per week.

Wow you have already changed so much! Congratulations on your weight loss!

A cookie and milk :)

I bought jeans with stretch while sizing down...basically any stretchy clothes. I also only have one pair of jeans (still) and one pair of shorts. Eventually you will just have to replace everything but yeah it can be frustrating. Just try to get basics that still look okay when they start to feel loose.

You are correct!

You may or may not be salt sensitive. Mine is hereditary but I was able to get it back down to normal levels with the weight loss. The first 10 pounds didn't do the trick. The next 20 with exercise did. Coffee and cigarettes can also increase blood pressure for a short time...like an hour. I watch my salt and try to do…

Yes don't worry about the last bit if you like your body! I am experimenting with my first week of maintenance. 10 pounds early. I like my 145 pound body better than the memory of my 133-135 lb body from several years ago

Cute hat!

You are supposed to aim for net = your original calorie goal. For Example : your daily goal is 1500 but you burned 350 in exercise today. You eat 1850. Then you net 1500.

I sit around looking uncomfortable.

Wow you are looking good congratulations on your weight loss!

Mommy that you took the time to write to a few people and you have pretty hair and a lovely smile fuzzy: great dress and belt!

I'm the same height as you but older and the lowest I went was 1420. I couldn't handle that...too low. I lost the majority of my weight eating 1500-1650 per day currently experimenting with 1880 on my first week of maintenance. I'm assuming I will continue to lose thus forcing me to increase my allowance (YUM) based on the…
