I drink a full pot of strong black coffee per day. I feel like this is excessive. I don't generally drink any other caffeine though, usually stick to water or milk otherwise. Do you all think a good estimate is 1 minute per set? Like if I did 5 sets each of three different workout machines for my back on Friday and I use mfp's estimator at 15 minutes is that about what cals I would burn? Uses the same cardio machine as me I do 30 min she does 45 shes always encouraging me to do the 45 with her...I work as hard as possible in 30 to get that part over with then focus on a muscle group with weight training. I think we get the same Cal burn anyway. Is there any benefit to following her lead? Ps *gym sorry
