Everyone keeps trying to tell her not to eat and she is trying to eat! Yeah I think treats are great :) maybe you can just watch your fat and some other macro and see if the treat fits into your overall nutritional goals for the day

Some clothes fit better some don't for example I think junior tanks are better but I cant wear their shorts. I think clothes that fit are what is important!

I do feel I can see a difference. It took many pounds before my belly flattened out. When I started (and I continue this) I nearly eliminated soda in any form from my diet and added fruit (to get more fiber) and never really ate it before.
