I agree. One day will not undo all your hard work. I did my anniversary with my husband a few weeks ago and went way over my calorie limit, but got right back on track the next day. You can't spend the rest of your life never letting your hair down!

Very inspiring!! Great job!!

They need to revise the word plus size for a 6. A size 6 would have me in heaven!

I would say none, just work on toning and strength training. That will tighten up any soft areas on you. I say when bones protrude, you are too thin.

For me it was several things actually. I am a really happy and confident person. Rather personal TMI, but my hubby hasn't seemed interested in certain activities that took place behind closed doors. I realized the beginning of this year that Im not as confident as I used to be. And I really like extracurricular activity.…

I belong to Snap Fitness. They require you to meet with a trainer at least once and it is free. You can choose to continue with one or not. I met with one and she did me a world of good. I plan on meeting with her again in the near future, just to see how I am progressing. They can at least teach you about proper form and…

I have a few challenges I'd like to tackle. I have been slowly working on them, but I'd like to make them actual challenges. I like the idea of doing them a week at a time for each one. Very doable. Do more sit ups Cut out breads and pastas No pop of any kind 64 oz of water a day Try a new fruit or veggie that you've never…

That is holy frigging amazing!!! What a transformation in such a short time!! You look great!!!

My brother and his friend are doing this diet. They have been on it a few weeks now. My brother, who doesn't have much to lose, has lost 12 lbs. His friend, who has about 100 lbs to lose, has lost 22 lbs. They both work out daily. Myself, I need a bit more moderation than that, as I love my cheese and ice cream. But I…

You look fantastic!!! Awesome job!! I don't understand the BMI either, lol. I think I look pretty healthy at 160, but it wants me to be 144 or less. We'll see.

You have come sooo far. You can't quit now!! Keep going. You can do it. If you slip and have something bad for you, get right back on track the next day. I have consumed double my calorie intake once on this journey. I felt like crap the next day, but I got right back on track with myself. Summer is hard too with all the…

You are kicking butt in all the right ways! That is a great success so far!!!

You are doing amazing!!! You can see such big differences everywhere, your face, your stomach, your arms. Be proud. Thirty pounds is a fabulous accomplishment! I cannot wait to post my 30 lb difference!!! You are well on your way to success. Keep up the awesome work!!

You look fantastic!!! So proud of you. Congrats to you for taking control of your life and having a great head on your shoulders. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I have lost weight while on it, but only a few times. I usually go up a pound and then drop two when it is done. We carry extra water during TOM, so yes, normal not to lose.

You ROCK that bikini!!! Super awesome job!!

I eat a handful of almonds if I am short on calories. I love almonds!!

I have two NS goals. One, I want to be strong again. Two, my family and I have lots of picnics in the summer that usually involve a water fight at some point. I want to be able to catch my brother, mr. fitness, when he runs away from my bucket of water.
-
That is fantastic progress! You are doing astounding work! Congrats to you!!

I eat back enough to get me to 1200 calories or really close usually, and that works for me. I continue to lose at a steady pace. Some days I do go under after exercise and some days I go over so I think it balances it out.

I have one can a day, sometimes two on the weekends and I am home. I drink water the rest of the day though. I was drinking a six pack of it a day prior to starting this. I cut it way down because of the sodium, but no other reason.

"we hear this yelping noise that sounded like a dog just burst into flames. Fortunately, it was just Pajamas singing at the top of her lungs.. you know, that 5 seconds of a song you haven't heard in a decade that you remember by heart and belt out, no matter who is around." You don't work out at snap fitness in Erie do…

I didn't see this till now, lol. But my mini goals yesterday and today were the same, to not eat the cookies as work and go to the gym. I didn't succeed yesterday with the cookies as I had two of them. Today I resisted!! And I did make it to the gym both days.

I think it depends on the way you carry your weight. I weigh 186 and wear a size 12 and I am 5 ft 3.5 in. tall. When I weighed 162 and was working out all the time, I wore a size 6. I have a friend who is the same height as me and at 181 wears a size 16. I think it varies.

I think the OP was a little too generalized. I have a sister who is incapacitated for 2 days ever since she first started. I get bad migraines occasionally, but thankfully they don't happen often and my cramps are pretty mild, so I am blessed. Working out for me during TOM does help tremendously with the cramps. However,…
