You are here and it is a great place..start making small changes and it will be easy and keep making changes everyday..drink plenty of water...if you are a soda drinker cut those out, it will make a huge a difference.. I also add the milk, you most likely need the milk anyway. You could add a tsp of grated cheese, I love that in mine. If you like green onions add one in it while it is cooking.. I do not add all of the water into my chicken soup, I just add half a can, it helps with the flavor..

I know this is a strange question, but are you eating enough protein? And another one one, Have you lost any inches? I would be happy with inches just as well as a weight loss..Are you drinking plenty of water also... Keep trying, you know this is a great way to stay healthy so don't give up..

Hey there, I know you can do it...just stay on track and write what you bite..that is a great rule of thumb...you have done well so far so keep it up..

Try eating low calorie snacks this late..cucumbers, cherry tomatoes..make sure you are eating enough protein throughout the day, that could be hurting you....and are you drinking your water? I also try to drink my milk..that helps also.. Hope this helps a little..

My doctor says to drink half your weight in ozs.. if you weigh 132 you should drink 66 ozs of water..

Then I would for sure be eating the cheese sticks....no really that is surprising. You think you are doing so well and then you find out that, you really need to check your foods out before you go out to eat, I sometimes have time to do that..

I am in the same boat you are...the inches are showing and the weight is not budging...you are toning up, so keep at it...it will start to change. Try making a few meal changes maybe and see what happens...not sure what your meals look like, but sometimes just taking away one item that is a lot of calories will help....for…

Hi, I really did not know this, but I try to limit my bread intake...whole grain is best..if i just says wheat bread it has lots of other things baked it...there is one out there I will look today and see what the name is that has lots of grain...it really tastes good also..

I did a little checking here and my thoughts are that natural sugars are way better for you that what has been processed into say a candy bar...enjoy your fruit and you veggies...make sure you are eating lots of grains as well.. http://www.mypyramid.gov/QandA/index.html

You can believe a lot of stories, I drink the water to keep me from being hungry. I do know that when I don't drink my 4 bottles of water my lips and mouth are very dry. I have always been told that you are suppose to drink half your body weight in oz of water...if you weigh 200lbs you need to be drinking 100ozs of water..

I did not loose 150, but I lost 110 before. I wanted to weigh 130 on my 40th birthday and I did just that..I was so skinny that my dr. told me I had to gain back up to at least 140-150... I know how up you feel..the best thing to do is up you exercise by 8-10 minutes and add something different to it..and be just a tad more careful about what you are eating.. I know when I slow down on the weight loss it means my body is bored and in a rut. I did see that you are eating well, but try adding an extra veggie…
