Feeling like a crazy person...

OK, I will admit to being a little nutty (we all are, not all of us admit it)....but I am LOSING MY MIND with hunger!!! I am sure other folks deal with this. I log every last little thing so I know I am getting enough to eat but I just feel manic this time of night...literally being fidgety and TOTALLY focused on how much I want to eat. Normally I lock myself in the bathroom and take a long hot bath until it passes, but lately the bathes have been about an hour long...not only am I prune lady but I am sure hubby is wondering what the heck I am up to. Alternative suggestions?

Try eating low calorie snacks this late..cucumbers, cherry tomatoes..make sure you are eating enough protein throughout the day, that could be hurting you....and are you drinking your water? I also try to drink my milk..that helps also..
Hope this helps a little..0 -
look how fantastic you look! think of all that progress, sometimes if I am truely hungry I eat the 98% ff popcorn. you can eat an entire bag for about 100 cal and it satisfies my sweet tooth. if you are feeling guilty about eating that get in some extra exercise. sometimes i just need a glass of water and that feeling passes.hope it helps!0

I know what you mean but I don't know either Exercise should help with the agitation but i guess doing it too late messes with sleep. It would also free you up to having more calories. I try pickes about 3 baby dills help me get thru.
For a sugar craving (not the same as being hungry) I have a baskin robbins candy - about 20 cals. Sugar free sucking candy helps too but can make you hungry so I only have them right after dinner.0 -
protein snacks will do it... they satisfy longer... take longer to digest0

The only thing that works for me is Good Earth Original Decaf Tea in Sweet & Spicy - kills the appetite - strong gingersnap flavor. Comfort! Ahhhhhhh0

I meant when I am out of calories I eat a few pickles. I also had a piece of extra lean ham while waiting for dinner and it really helped take the edge off and only 30 cals for the big slice of Kirkland I believe.0

I tend to try and walk it off - I also sew and knit which means it keeps my mind occupied xxx0

I have that problem too! I get hungry after dinner (which is usually my biggest meal). sometimes for dessert I will have a skinny cow ice cream. Sometimes I actually just go to bed to keep from eating.0
