Thank you for taking the journey and sharing it with us! I'm frustrated with my progress - measurements, weight, etc. as I've been focussing on heavy lifting for the past 7 weeks but reading posts like yours reminds why I decided to make this change. I'm tired of starving myself, tired of running for 1.5 hours on a…

#4 - it makes the most of your bust and your waist looks tiny!
-
You look gorgeous - thanks for sharing!

Well done! It's so inspiring to see such a complete transformation. You have completely blown away my excuses for not having flat abs.
-
Thank you for sharing the experience.

I'm actually craving tuna now.

Gorgeous! Thanks for the inspiration. I'm 5"4 too, weightlifting a lot and this is exactly what I needed to see.

I am not a foodie but I admire those that are. You guys are artists! Great job with the weight loss. 30 lbs is amazing!

Great articles!

Looks like an hourglass to me! Congrats on having a waist. I'm hoping to buy one someday. :-)

I noticed this as well. I was getting a massage and I noticed it was uncomfortable to lie on my tummy (and it never is normally with small boobs.)

Thanks to your stories and other stories on MFP, I'm learning to let go of the number and to focus more on my accomplishments in the gym - deadlifting 110 lbs! - and to how I feel and how much better I feel eating healthy food.

Great legs! And lovely smile.

Thank you for posting this. I think my brother is in a similar type of denial and i"m hoping that showing him your transformation might kickstart some long needed healthy changes.
-
Bump. Needed this!

You look amazing. My diet is like yours in that I have my treat - a latte - every day and then I try to keep everything else as unprocessed as possible. My ratio is much lower than yours, I'm probably eating about 60 per cent clean. Thank you for sharing.

I took an over the counter weight loss drug once and ended up with a panic attack. The short term consequence of that lovely little experiment was a visit to the ER room and three hours of watching my heart rate slowly decrease. The long term consequence was that for at least a month, I could not drink caffeine because the…

First of all, you are drop dead gorgeous. And second, thank you for the inspiration.

So inspiring.

bump - wonderful!

Try out bodyrock.tv to see what the workouts look like. Also check out Zuzka Light on youtube. Actually just search crossfit workouts on youtube and there's a lot of stuff on there. I used to work out using only cross fit videos and it kept me in great shape. I prefer gym based weight workouts but I still do my own…

This is one of the most inspiring things I've ever seen. Good job!

It takes a lot of courage to keep going after a disappointment. Well done!
