Help - Going on Vacation and there' s no Gym
I'm heading to Mexico for a week in January. There is no gym and I'm concerned about keeping up with my workouts that week (the last time i went to mexico, I gained 4 lbs, while running 4 miles every day.) Without an air conditioned gym, I'm a bit concerned that I won't be able to keep up my runs.

Broken Toe - Workout Suggestions
I was training for a marathon - May 27th - but I broke my toe yesterday (someone dropped a weight on it.) The doctor has suggested that I stay off my toe, impact-wise, for 2 weeks while it heels. Long Drives and Eating
Hello, I make a few long drives - 4 to 6 hours - about twice a month and was wondering how people prepare for them nutrition wise and if you haven't prepared, how do you make the best of gas station food? ( Yesterday I snacked on luna bars, sugar free gum, 1 bottled water and a lot of baby carrots.)
