I loved it too. I knew I was going to pregnant only once and I LOVED the attention.

123 is my goal weight too! Gorgeous pics. I find that logging has an effect on me within a couple weeks. Took two weeks this time for my brain/stomach connection to kick in.

You look amazing! Congrats.

I have a three year old. I was 123 when I got pregnant. I'm not sure where I was when he was born, but close to 160 I think. I've been around 130 to 135 since his birth and I'm doing well lately at 129. Trying to get back to 125 but I'm good with going slow. I'm 5"4.

Egg whites, protein powders?

Great job tracking your success. I get you with the not taking days off. I do lose momentum on those days.

Great job!

I agree with you. I don't crave sugar (or if i do, its rare) but I do love potato chips! I'd say I have them at work about four days out of five. I just grab a small bag. I eat so much that the people in my office tease me about it.

1.What was the turning point for you? It's ok if it was a series of events Christmas pictures were disappointing and I noticed that I was cycling through the same three pairs of pants in my closet. I tried shopping and I couldn't zip up anything that I used to. 2. When did you start this journey? Tried hard in december…

7 lbs in a month is fantastic.

My goal weight is when I can fit all of my clothes in my closet and that is around 125lbs for me (I'm 5"4). I used to be more muscular and I'm kind of soft now, 2 years after giving birth, so technically that number should be lower. I'm 132 right now and am so looking forward to breaking 130. Also looking forward to a time…

Today I wore a pair of jeans all day and didn't feel the need to peel them off the moment I got home.

Love HIIT. Have another great week!

Honestly, it looks like more than 20 lbs. Your profile pic also shows a dramatic difference.

Wow all that in a few months. You do not waste time!

Been getting back to mfp and am definitely finding inspiration. I'm on here to lose ten pounds and find my way back to a body that doesn't make me cringe when I look in the mirror. Would love to add some more friends.

I was worried about stretch marks because my mom had a lot. My sisters had a lot after their children. And i also had stretchmarks on my breasts from puberty (which is odd because my boobs are small-ish). I weightlifted half an hour every second day, nothing too heavy (probably squatted 40 lbs at the most) and ended up…

Thank you for the reminder that keeping it simple works. Great job and congratulations.

I'm not sure about loose skin, but weightlifting has helped minimize the appearance of cellulite, for me.

Absolutely gorgeous Sammi! Did you know that you could go that lean? Have you ever been that lean before?

Amazing job. Like the simplicity of your approach.

Congrats on the new baby. i understand about the difficulty after the c-section; it's not easy to keep activity down for six weeks.

Walk as much as possible. Eat protein at every meal. Record your calories honestly and accurately. Get a Fitbit (worked for me.)
