Hi Everyone, I'm starting the Whole 30 on July 1st and did it once before this year. I really enjoyed the results :) I'm doing it with a group of friends at home, too.

Wow, thank you... all of you, for your wonderful advice. I'm meeting with a nutritionist this week and also purchased a book called "The Serotonin Diet" which talks about this exact topic. But thanks again everyone for your suggestions and sharing your experiences. It really means a lot :)

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I'm going to look into water pills, because I've gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks without a change in diet, but with a new Rx. Thanks again!

Hi All, My intention is to fit into a size 16/18 dress by the beginning of June. I am currently a size 22/24, so that is 2-3 dress sizes. I have my little brother's high school graduation, which requires a 12 hour plane ride, so I am looking forward to fitting comfortably in my seat on the way there :)

Tracking is so tough!!! But when I don't, I gain :/ Today was the first day I tracked in weeks and YIKES! Even with working out, I still ate more than I burned. SO... I'm giving up after work snacks (unhealthy ones) for July! Since I've been home in the US, I've been eating a lot of candy and chips after work as a snack.…

I totally let the Easter Challenge slide and gained back a lot of weight :/ SO! I'm recommitted to this challenge: - Weekly goal= 2 lbs a week - End Goal= 26 lbs - Which will put me at 294 lbs/ 145 kgs I'm focusing on tracking and upping my exercise by using my step machine (instead of using it as an ottoman)!

A lot of my exercise involves me being outside, but with a recent snowstorm, I've been inside a lot more :( BUT, the snow is melting and I hope to be back at it. My goal for this week is 180 minutes of cardio. I plan on walking and perhaps doing a work-out dvd or two :)

This is small, but I'm challenging myself to walk a full 30 minutes each day at a faster pace. Right now I average 20 minute miles, so shaving off a few minutes is my goal.
