new here! I'm vegetarian, trending towards vegan and am very interested in a mostly whole-foods, plant-based diet, much of it raw. Would love to have friends/support/inspiration from others who aren't filling their diaries with processed junk. Not that i am above a junky treat, on occasion ;) lol

8/14 = 3.1 miles -- first run since Warrior Dash/bruised sternum. Run went well: wished i had a second sports bra and/or compression shirt on to control movement though. No 'pain', rather 'soreness' (managable soreness) from the arm swing+underlaying tissue movement. All is well & training will resume as usual. Only lost…
