Just do a quick in home workout out, jumping jax squats etc anything that will allow you to take in more calories. If you do a 20min workout you can get back about 100 cals that you can add to your dinner:drinker: :drinker:

thank u for ur response, I will definitely try the maintance mode!!! I am now thinking that I should loose about 5 more pounds that way if I creep up during my maintance I will be okay...just a thought

i have done this program....It literally took me from the couch way beyond a 5k.... when i started the first week was hard could not even get through the 60 sec of run!!!! now i can do an hour easy :) i know if i can do it u can do it too just stay with the program...let me know how u come along :)

do the c25k program...if u have a smart phone just download the app worked for me. i started out jogging for 60 sec. at a time (i was 173 pounds then) now I can run non stop for one whole hour!!!!!(about 5 miles and hour) u can do it

freakin love that app!!! did it a few months ago but is willing to do it again with a group of ppl it literally took me from the couch to running (jogging) for 30min straingt...what day are you on now?:wink:
