Does anyone have a good exercise routine that has been working for them? I just recently got back into a gym, and to be honest, I have NO idea what to do, other than walk/run on the treadmill. Any suggestions?

I'm having friends over for dinner on Saturday and 2 of us are on MFP and are counting our calories. I decided to make Turkey Burgers for us while everyone else will have regular burgers. However, I have NEVER had a turkey burger and have never made one. HELP!!!!!!

I work at a hospital at the front desk of one of our floors. I have a ton of downtime, working at night. As far as sleep is concerned, i only get about 4 hours of sleep on the nights i do work, but luckily it's only 3 nights. I work nights and I am constantly craving food, because well, there's nothing better to do. For example, right now I'm starving and could eat anything! Does anyone have any advice on how to curb these cravings? Or at least something healthy I can snack on?

I love taco soup! I always have extra when I make it, but for some reason, i never finish it. Another good thing that could be made to freeze is Pasta Bake. It's really easy.
