Exercise Routine
Does anyone have a good exercise routine that has been working for them? I just recently got back into a gym, and to be honest, I have NO idea what to do, other than walk/run on the treadmill. Any suggestions?

Any good recipes for a Turkey Burger?
I'm having friends over for dinner on Saturday and 2 of us are on MFP and are counting our calories. I decided to make Turkey Burgers for us while everyone else will have regular burgers. However, I have NEVER had a turkey burger and have never made one. HELP!!!!!!

In need of some advice.
I work nights and I am constantly craving food, because well, there's nothing better to do. For example, right now I'm starving and could eat anything! Does anyone have any advice on how to curb these cravings? Or at least something healthy I can snack on?

Hello! I had a friend introduce me to this site, and so far I'm loving it! I am desperately trying to lose 60lbs and get back to a healthy weight. I try to love my body the best i can, but that can be difficult at my current situation. Please, all the support that can be thrown my way is needed.
