Four years and a pregnancy to lose 80+lbs... 50 of that since April of this year. I still have about 60lbs to go. There's been a lot of ups and downs, but this is a learning game. I've self sabotaged and started over many times. But I WILL get there :)

This!! I calorie cycle just so I can have a day to eat out of my norm, and then the other days I eat below my calorie goal. As long as I manage the average for the week, it works for me. But instead of a traditional fatty burger, make yourself a turkey burger with a light bun and skip the cheese.

I'm 6', 275lbs and in a 20-22, depending on the brand/fit. My biggest problem with jeans is that I have no *kitten* to keep the things up. I'm constantly pulling my pants up!
