i just try the best i can and everytime i run i try to beat my personal best so this way im not competing vs other people just myself

sorry to hear all the bad comments...but really you want to run so run put your head phones on really loud and when you hear or see them turn the other way or look down and dont worry about it. im not the best runner and i always look the other way myself so i dont have to see people faces or hear there comments

Awesome job.....for me I lost 2.5 pounds after week 1 and gained 0 5 after week 2 so in two weeks lost 2 pounds

72 pounds in 11 months...to me its a maration not a sprint and if you lose it fast most people gain it all back so i went the slow way so i wont gain it back...i cut my calories to my daily goal oppose to whatever...do cardion 3-4 times a week (which before was nothing) and no pop for a year. i still eat everything else.…

i have map my run and it shows my distance so i run about 2 to 2.5 miles and then i gotta come back so i end up running 4-5 miles and with my earphones i tune things out and just listen to my music...also i cant run the whole time so i end up walking like 10 minutes of it total...i run as much as i can and then walk for…

i hate cheat days thats just me...but i weigh in on sundays and if i had to have a cheat day it would be sunday right after weigh in then you get the rest of the week to be good plus its football so i guess cheat nachos, pizza and beer..hope this helps
