so far i have used map my run and today was my second run since getting it...so far i like it no complaints....it counts distance, speed, time and calories burned which is everything i want when i go on a run

how do you map your run if you dont have it with you

for me i keep it simple, i dont usually run 2 days in a row so if race day is sat then i run on thurs, then off on friday then ready on sat...eating tips, do what you normally do if you eat a candy bar then eat a candy bar if its a banana then eat a banana...stretch out right before, go to the bathroom like 30 minutes…

You should do the same for round 3. So starting weight for each round ..then just change the dates on the ones right now

i did the warrior dash couple a month ago and i was amazed how tired i was and how hard it was..i couldnt imagine 9 more miles of that so great job for finishing it even with the help of strangers. you did it great job

yah as long as it not that much...and plus if they get the job then people wont like the smell after so be who you are at interview as the real job...and then should a lady wear perfume to an interview? (i say yes same answer as the man)

i work at McDonalds and i dont think you really look past the Big Mac meal with fries and a coke....and with monopoly going on you probably get it large size..but the truth is mcdonalds have a great healthy menu as well. lots of items that are 400 calories or less. and with the oatmeal, salads, wraps and grilled chicken…

ok weigh in was good...8 pounds after round 1, 5 pounds after round 2, 5.5 after round 3. And I thought I had it bad. People have to be so rude about people weight loss. I dont get it. When ur fat people look at you and make fun of you and when you lose weight they say ur so skinny now I cant ever win. Im sorry about ur situation and if its effecting your work then I would probably quit and look for another job…

Im a big time Seahawks fan and i though that it was a PI and INT. horrible call on the refs, in a way i feel bad for GB. i cant wait till the real refs come back.
