one thing is you look great to me, but you dont want to hear that im sure so with being so active you should try to up your daily calories and since your only 5 pounds off your goal. you should lose .5 to 1 pound a week and that will take 5-10 weeks to lose. losing weight is a maration not a sprint. you want to make sure…

I have lost 4 pounds since round 3 started and 9 since coming back from Hawaii on Aug 14. i raised my daily calories and it helped. hope everyone is doing good

take baby steps, exercise some, dont go over your daily calories and you can make your diary open its really helpful to have people tell you what not to eat or that sounds good. but the cool thing about this website is to meet people and lose weight and keep people in check. hope this helps.

i work at McDonalds and we change the menu boards next monday in the Northwest. Some people will see that and eat less and some people wont even care...they already have them at Jack in the Box. Theres also the 400 calories menu as well to order off so some people can eat healthy.

keep doing the tredmill and keep working on going as far as you can without stopping and if you have to walk that fine but keep running after u catch your breath after a while you will see improvements...and then theres always the C25K

i was on MFP for a year before i was really decated and losing weight...just start logging in and dont go over your calories and you will start losing some and before you know it you will be ready...btw you can add me if you want.

i have seen people burn 1500 calories, its not really a certain number but as you burn more you need to eat more to fuel your self so if you burn 1000 calories then maybe eat 500-800 calories of your burn calories

im not on a diet im just not going over my daily calories, i exercise as much as i can and then not go over my calories, try to have a cheat meal and not a cheat day and try not to eat junk all day long a candy bar is fine but not all day long...you can add me if you want

im kindy of too late but yah go ahead and eat a good dinner and you burned off those calories so you have 1300 calories left to spare...you dont have to eat all of them though. maybe half or whatever you decide just not go over 1300 for dinner ...btw not a silly question
