you should announce it a month after the wedding and at least 3 months after the wedding so this way she still get the spotlight but after that its ok...she doesnt own the next 6 months and more

i just did the warrior dash yesterday and that was tough. but i could have done the mudder if i had too, you will be fine. just have fun and go your own pace

i just got home from the warrior dash and im so tired it kicked my butt...lots of hills and that was the hardest part..the other parts werent that bad so make sure you can that first before doing the mudder cause thats like 4 times as much..i have done 3 others 5k's been running at the gym and around the house and this one…

i can handle my clothes not fitting me, i just get a little to get me going till i lose more, but my head srinked and my hats that i have dont fit, and yah i could get more but i have like 50+ hats from all over the places i have been

wow great job on the weight loss and life changing journey, you and other people are the reason why im still on here, even know i have lost weight since joining MFP it still pushes me to be better and lose more and be more active.

at the gym i always forget my headphones, but if i go for a run outside i always get my ipod, keep myself in my own little world plus then i wont have to hear any neg comments (but havent heard any yet)

no why would i cheat myself with the portions then i would gain weight cause i would go over my calories

im not saying thats impossible but is not healthy for you to lose that much weight in that little time...try to lose 2 pounds a week which is more realitic and 11 weeks will be 22 pounds in that time...maybe if you work harder then 25 pounds in that span but you also dont want to starve yourself just to lose weight...good…

im not trying to be rude just helping out but your not eating enough calories on a daily basis...try to drink more water as well.

i cant speak for you but for me, i drink lots of water and water only then i got lots of calories for food plus the sugar in the pop and juice isnt good, i do drink alcohol but keep it to special events or maybe 1 drink at a time. As far as coffee, i drink a sugar free van non fat latte at mcdonalds which is like 60…

i gain a pound all the time and the following week i lose it....sometimes its what you eat last night or water weight so dont think about it to much, you have done a great job so have a good week and hope to lose it next Sunday

im 29 and will be 30 in Nov, not really looking for it but im the best shape of my life so i guess its the new 20. Now as long as my kids dont get any older i will be fine...lol

depends on the lady, some look good with long and some with short hair. why dont you ask guys you know about yourself and see what they say.

plan your snacks during the week and make it the same throughtout the week. and you have to have will power as well. also if your really hungry then burn more calories so you can eat more and then you will be fine. make a daily routine so that thur-sun is the same as mon-wed. hope this helps
