People always say I look younger. Unless I have been drinking - i age 5 years for every drink I take. I guess being more relaxed makes my face all droopy and saggy.

I am by no means a trainer or a pro but I think your back is failing well before your legs. If you straighten your back and keep going *kitten* to gra$$ you look strong enough to do 135+. Just my humble opinion that I should keep to myself :)

My weight was up and down and cheat days always resulted in regaining lost pounds. I bumped my calories up to near maintenance <50 calorie deficit. The up and down stopped along with the cheating. I have been losing slow and steady and gaining strength.

For me it often boils down to not eating enough earlier in the day and wanting to avoid bad choices at the end of the day. Pick things up and put them down... IMHO. You are not skinny fat - you are skinny. If you want definition you should hit the weights hard, lift heavy and don't overtrain. You don't need to hit the gym every day.

The "tons of supplements" is an embellishment. I really am only taking protein, glutamine, a multi and fish oil. I have not been eating enough so have bumped up my calories a bit more. I have always been a hardgainer even as a young adult.

What is wrong with me that I work so hard, dump tons of supplements down my gullet and lift weights heavier than a 42 year old should but I can't bulk up. But at the same time there are hundreds of women on here that cannot touch dumbells heavier than a few ounces or they explode into musclebound shemales.
