I'm 33 with about 70lbs to lose, I have yoyoed my whole adult life and currently am at my heaviest, although I'm not at my biggest clothes size (I exercise more now than when I've been heavy before). Starting over hopefully for good this time! xXx

Wholeheartedly agree - Best thing I ever did!! No weight gain issues (which I had with Implanon, Mirena & the pill) but more importantly no "Hormone Crazy"!! Some people are just a bit more sensitive to the hormones than others I think...?

I read the book & although I didn't follow every practice the one that I do still try to do every time I eat, because it really makes a difference to the amount of food I eat, is the putting your knife & fork down between mouthfuls & not picking them up again until you've swallowed! I'm a guzzler, I can eat food so quick…
