i guess maybe I should rephrase the question, should I be doing more than 2 days per week of weight training? More or less cardio? I'm just getting started and was pretty much out of shape, starting to feel better just don't know if this is the best method. Thanks

I hear ya, can't even get close on Potassium! Same with Iron and Calcium!
