Workout Routine

So for the last two weeks I've been doing cardio (C25K) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Weights on Tuesday, Thursday. I'm in the process of losing weight, just don't know if I should do cardio more or weights more often or both all week? Is there a preferred method?

i guess maybe I should rephrase the question, should I be doing more than 2 days per week of weight training? More or less cardio? I'm just getting started and was pretty much out of shape, starting to feel better just don't know if this is the best method. Thanks0

No exercise is needed for weight loss. It simply helps create a caloric deficit. You could get the same results from just eating less.
