Hi all! Just signed up for a half marathon at the beginning of May so this is perfect timing to find this challenge group! I’ve been feeling like I need a little extra accountability to stick with my weekly workouts that my Garmin has been setting for me. I’m going to aim for 75 miles for February! Good luck meeting your…

I don't have a chocolate chip cookie recipe, but I have a chocolate cake recipe =) http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/02/08/healthier-chocolate-cake/ Healthier Choco-holic Cake 1 ½ cups flour ¾ tsp baking soda 4 tbsp cocoa powder ½ tsp salt 2/3 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup oil 2 tsp cider vinegar ¾ cup cold…

I was just recently thinking the same thing. I think to run, you have to really enjoy doing it to stick to it. If you don't enjoy running then you can switch to something that you would enjoy doing more while you're burning calories at the same time. I didn't really enjoy running when I first started my weight loss…

Hi :) I'm 5'8" and I just reached my goal weight of 135. I'm happy with how I look at this weight, but it's seems like everybody else thought that I look better in my 140's. Now that I'm in the 130's I'm starting to be told that I'm a little too skinny, and I need to "get some meat on my bones". However, I think that if…

I've lost 30 pounds, and it seems like the only people that have noticed are people that don't see me often. The people that I work with would never know unless I have told them, and then they're like "oh yeah, you have haven't you".... But I think that you should feel great about how much weight you've lost even if nobody…

The first two photos are me at 165-170 lbs. The one is scanned so it's weird looking. These ones are ones I took this week at 135-138 lbs. I carried a lot of my weight in my upper body, especially the stomach, and that's where I noticed the change the most.

I know, I'm kind of nervous about the maintaining process. That's an entirely different story... But after all the hard work I did to lose the weight, I will never let myself get that way again.

Most sites say that for a 150 lb. person, 1 hour of snowball fight burns 319 calories. 1 hour of 4.0 brisk walking burns 340 calories for a 150 lb. person. So it's pretty darn close. :)

I'm 19 years old 5'8". In some of my pictures I was 170 lbs, pant size 12. At 155 my pant size was 10. 145 pant size was 8. Now I pretty much made it to my goal weight of 136 lbs. Now I am a size 6 jeans. I have a fairly big bone structure, but I would say that 130-140 is where I feel the best about my body. Hope that kind…

This dvd is amazing. This workout is what actually helped me lose 20 pounds along with eating healthy. The first week I was so sore. I never really worked out until I got this dvd and it was tough. Once you get your body used to working out it doesn't really make you sore the next day, but it still kicks your butt! I…
