OK no heart rate monitor with you, and you all of a sudden have a spontaneous snowball fight and jumping from the garage ceiling into a mountain of snow. ( we have had over 50cm in the last week and a half)
So how would you mark this in myfitness? I entered it as 4.0 brisk walk for 30min but not sure if that's over or under estimating.
What do you think?

Most sites say that for a 150 lb. person, 1 hour of snowball fight burns 319 calories. 1 hour of 4.0 brisk walking burns 340 calories for a 150 lb. person. So it's pretty darn close.0
