I buy the Jif packets and take them to work with celery, english muffins, etc., but I only use a 1/2 packet at a time because I have a hard time justifying an entire packet of peanut butter in one setting. Just an idea if you don't want all the calories in one setting.

I hate pictures...almost as much as I hate stepping on the scales because they both can mentally tear us down. Like Chrissy said...compare them to your pics from 37 lbs. again--and consider it one of your in between pics. You're doing great...don't let one pic bring you down!

This is my thought too. I was a broke single mom and couldn't afford to go to the gym. I would put my daughter in the stroller and walk walk walk every day. Might boost your energy too.

In the same boat here...every week I say OK, time to get back on plan!! Having a hard staying on track. Will do good Monday-Wednesday but then Thursday hits (don't even get me started on the weekend), and I completely cave. FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS!!

I cut mine into about 1 inch slices...shake the chunks in a plastic baggie with a little olive oil and seasoning salt and grill it. It's my go-to veggie in the summer! A grill on med-high will give the outside a nice grill mark and cook it slightly without making it mushy.
