That cardio just kicks my butt way more in L1 than L3! I like L2 also! I love the skaters! I definitely feel stronger from doing it. I hope I get more results this time around... I am also going to add in a little jogging (when kids/time/weather permits). Thanks for posting - I really can't wait to get my HRM - things…

Burgers are great, I don't use beef anymore - we prefer turkey! I add onions , garlic, peppers, whatever you like really! Also, it makes a nice meatloaf! :smile:

I had found these on Pinterest - I'm making them next month for my daughter's birthday party! They are nice and small so you can have 2 or 3 without feeling like you ate an entire slice of cheesecake! I plan on using FF or RF cream cheese hope noone notices! ha!
