HI all! I'm Shawna. My main goal is to eventually lose about 100 lbs. So far I've lost nothing, I can't seem to stop eating unhealthy garbage! My short term goal is to lose 15 lbs by Christmas.

tonight at dinner my 4 year old was squeezing my arms asking why they are so fat. she was trying to be discreet about her questions, but she wouldn't drop the subject no matter what answer i gave her. big arms run in my family to begin with, extra weight makes them even bigger.

I am the same way. If I'm planning a trip to the store I will start thinking about what food I can get before, during and after the trip. What restaurants are nearby, what kind of snack should I get from the snack area, what kind of candy bar should I get at check out? I don't even like going grocery shopping anymore…

I'm in something, not sure what you'd call it. I was doing well eating 1200-1500 calories a day working out at least 30 mins 3-5 days a week and I saw nothing. No results. No weight loss. No inches lost. So I've pretty much given up. I want to get back to it I just can't seem to get there

Im terribly out of shape and i make my husband do couch25k with and it drives him crazy because he has to go so slow to keep up with me. But he does it and id do it for because i love him. Id be heart broken if he refused to go with me. Go for a walk with your husband for crying out loud!

I do well on calories but I'm usually over on everything else. Today was really bad for sodium because I put terriyaki sauce on my chicken. I'm also exclusively breastfeeding so I'm a little afraid of going to far under my calories and hurting my supply. Thanks for the input
