It's when you go into a shop and pick up 2 styles both in the same size that gets me. I've got 2 pairs trousers from asda (Walmart) both uk size 12, both just black boot cut. One pair fits, the other hardly does up. What is that about?!

Depends what time I got up that morning and when I have to get up the next day. Today I was up at 3.30am for work, so ate dinner around 5pm. Tomorrow I don't have to be up til 5, so probably won't eat til 7 ish

That's also why bread and milk, staples for most people are placed in the furthest aisle from the door. You have to get past everything else to pick them up.

I tried it and ended up feeling so hungry I'd eat 3 or 4 bars and have 4 shakes a day plus my meal, so ended up gaining. Nothing like real food to keep you going and keep hunger at bay!

Only just found this thread. I was diagnosed end of last year with this during my first episode, doc gave me a 3 month course of antibiotics which didn't do a thing. Luckily it went away on its own, but 3 months down the line it's back. Just ordered some zinc glucanate as some studies have shown that 90mg a day can help it…

I eat 1200 cals a day since starting this, and to be honest, I feel like I'm eating more than I did before. Probably because I used to live on fast food, so I'd eat chocolate during the day (2 or 3 bars) and then a big meal from KFC or similar in the evening. The only thing I'd really change from today's is the Danish salami. Very high fat. Try swapping it for chicken breast, or lean ham

Don't think I'd log it, but you could change your activity level. If you have it set to sedentary, change it to lightly active. Then you don't need to worry how many exercise cals to log

Don't forget, MFP builds in a deficit with the 1200 calories. If you go to your goals page, on the right hand side it tells you what you calorie burn from normal daily activity is. Mine says 1920 from normal activity, and I set to lose 2lb a week, which gives me 1200. So already got a defect of 720 a day before i even…
