Same here, no difference in clothes so far. But from the advice I've read on here I hope that will change soon, starting the 30 day shred tomorrow as I gather the extra exercise really makes a difference to losing inches rather than pounds

What's done is done so don't beat yourself up over it. Look forward to the rest of the day and tomorrow when you're back on track and where you want to be. We all fall off the wagon sometimes, all that matters is you get back on. Hugs to you

I tried crest whitening strips, bought them online. They did work, but you need to be careful as they can make your teeth more likely to discolour in the future.

Looking at this, I reckon I might need to rethink mine. I'm 5'8 and had set 135 as my goal but think it might be a bit low now, although it is still in the healthy range

I lost 11lb my first week too. I reckon it was due to really upping how much water I was drinking and the drastic change from my previous way of eating. Lost 3.5lb this week (week 2) so its slowed down but still good!

So true, and it helps you're looking amazing!

Good luck, you've done it once, you can do it again x

I like Nairn's apple and spice oat cakes. They were in the free from section in the supermarket, so no gluten wheat etc, but they're yummy and only have about 42 cals each so good for a little treat

Welcome! As a fellow trucker I know how hard it can be to combine the job with a healthy lifestyle. You've made the first step, which is always the hardest. I'm sending a friend request to you, perhaps we can give each other some decent tips!

Having the same dilemma as you, but the only thing that puts me off bodybugg is the subscription fee that has to be paid. Can you use the monitor without linking it to the web site to get round this?
-
I didn't actually think it would have me walking 600km a day lol, apparently some people have said the movement (suppose changing gear etc) and bumpy terrain makes it think you're taking steps
-
Anyone?

Next does many of it's ladies boots in a wide calf fitting as well as the standard measurements
