I got my new macros and hopefully if I stick to them, I will see real progress! I'm down 2.7lbs so far since I started this challenge, I'll take…

Me and my co-teachers won a free lunch from Cheesecake Factory today. I decided to enjoy it and I am going to eat a light dinner. I stayed within my calories so really it's whatever but I felt a little guilty because I'm not going to hit my macros. I'm lifting after work today so I plan on making up for it in the gym :)

I'm in! I could use the added motivation! I have been steadily losing about 1lb a week so in order to not get discouraged with myself I am going to aim for losing 15lbs by March 27th. That will put me at 30lbs lost which is half my goal : Height 5'6" SW: 224.2 CW: 208.6 GW: 193.6

Today my motivation is fitting into a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in a long time. Even though the number on the scale isn't going down as quickly as I'd like, the fact that I was able to slide on those jeans and wear them out of the house was incredibly motivating to me today!!

Try thinking of your eating and fitness as just part of your lifestyle, don't do it to "lose weight" just focus on being healthy each day. It's not about the number on the scale (maybe even get rid of your scale), it's about fueling your body with healthy choices and being the best you that you can be. Also, I agree that…

My twin girls will be 10 yrs old in September (wow! Time flies!) and my youngest daughter just turned 8 yrs old. I am a teacher, so while I work during the school year I am home all summer with the kids. I have been struggling to get in exercise time, its been recent that I've managed. These are all great ideas! I occasionally would drink regular soda, but my biggest addiction was diet soda. I wanted to give it up, but I don't like tea or coffee and was having serious headaches by trying to go cold turkey. I bought a bunch of caffeine free diet soda (which I don't care for, but it helped me wean off soda…

Yes, it was definitely a good calorie blaster, of course it also depended on the instructor and how hard she worked us!
