I started Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred yesterday...workout is 20 minutes long but you end up very sweaty and its AWESOME

I did day 2 of Shred today....LOVE it... I did the complete 30 days last year (no days off) and loved the results...deifnitely tones you...:D I dont know about the other one!

have you tried any workout DVDs? Im doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred..its awesome.. Otherwise..go to bodyrocktv.com...it has TONS of hardcore workouts.....or myomytv.com....:D GOod luck girl!

I honestly look for things with LEAST amount of ingredients.....aka, the 'cleanest' foods....obviously fresh is best, fruits/veggies/lean meats/etc.... otherwise, I always make sure calories are low....:D

I make a quick egg white omelet at home (with spinach/mushroom/etc) and then reheat when I get to work...delish.:) Hard boiled egg whites shakeology shake (with water) berries in yogurt oatmeal (I make at home, sprinkle w/ cinnamon, and eat at work...its delish cold)

eeeek...I think you need to seriously REST...I know it will be hard because you want to work out, but your body is already fighting off the cold/tonsilitis..... Good luck and take care of yourself!

you TOTALLY sound like my twin!! i'm 27, have a MAJOR sweet tooth and despise exercising...BUT, i'm trying to lose 20 pounds by logging my foods, getting my butt in gear, and staying positive!! GOOD LUCK, WE CAN DO THIS!

still loving your replies everyone!!! I too would like to add that when I workout/each healthy, I don't feel like such a BEAST....when I eat junky and slack on my workouts, I feel happy, positive, etc.... NO BEAST HERE! :D

I can't imagine NOT being sore....but like I said, I dont' typically use all of these muscles (Didn't know half of them were there)....I'm commited to doing all exercises right along with the DVD for the next 30 days (actually 28 days left) WOOT WOOOOT
