I don't like any food "hot". I will eat everything lukewarm or even cold.

In 10 days, I noticed a difference in my "love handles" and belly. I think you may be able to see a difference, just not a substantial one.

I'm in! Fall is a good time for me to lose weight because the great weather motivates me to exercise outdoors!

Why is there a message board at all then? How do we decide what questions are appropriate for the message board and what questions should be researched independently? Should we put someone in charge of that? Someone to deem questions appropriate or not?

Wow you look great! I think it is so bizarre when people want to criticize success story pics. Most people that have spent anytime on mfp know that 30ds is a program that works. Why would someone fake result pics? Lol!

At 187 I was a size US 14/16. Could occasionally fit a 12.

This is great! It's nice to hear someone say an injured metabolism can be repaired. That's rare to hear, but motivating. I particularly enjoyed the info on glycogen.

Oh that's a great one! It's so easy to nibble or eat leftovers and not even think about it! My downfalls are regular coke and not preparing ahead. If I don't have my meals planned and food ready, it's so easy to get fast food or have a meal of chips and sodas.
