  • I agree with whats said here, I have worked really hard this pregnancy to manage my cravings, some I pay attention to especially if they are consistent, I have not really given into them unless they were healthy or seeming appropriate. I looked up many to see if they could vitamin needed and a few of mine I added in some…
  • Actually you are not "suppose" to "run" with an infant until 1 yr of age as with the softness of their head and possibility of an accident. I do recommend the bob which is what I have, I do have a chariot as well loved it but love my bob more and use the chariot for cycling only bought both second hand through kijiji…
  • Awesome job! Love the way you did it.
  • I too did not go up but I know that if I am hungry I could eat (I do hate going over my cal and seeing red) but I am okay with it if I am truly hungry makes me ask myself if I am really hungry. For the most part I don't go over I usually wait till tomorrow and I am still working out so I still can eat over my "normal"…

  • I am 35+ weeks 5th preg and never used a body pillow, I only use an extra pillow between my legs. Easy to turn over with... it works for me, in some of my other preg, I used a small decorative pillow for my belly but so far not use in this one (I am much more fit and healthy for this one, stronger muscles I guess).
  • I've never noticed pork having a "funny taste", I assume I have had some in there longer, but not use as I do not put dates food regularly. I think if I were investing in that much meat I would also invest in a vaccume pak machine. Also you may find you use more pork and beef as it is there already in your house.
  • I do not replace butter.... I don't eat it on sandwiches or toast... but it is my ingredient of choice for baking/ some sauting.... I also use coconut oil and evoo.
  • I have kept up running up stairs, I am currently 31+ weeks. During winter I went indoors and started doing stairs at the local mall before hours (great set of stairs 3 flights together in mall, good conditions, I live in Canada and I do not run outdoors with children all year, I'm kind of a wimp that way.) • Awesome support... my mantra is "I can do hard thing." When I am going and want to give up I keep telling my self this over and over again. Sounds like my husband as well drill sargents and biggest cheerleader.... someone to celebrate with. AND expects more from me than I do myself often!
  • As far as turning it can be last minute, my second turned from head down to transver during labour laying on the bed as they were measuring conractions.... that was a little drama as the nurse could not leave my side as if my water broke they would have to reach inside to hold the cord from falling out....
