Never force yourself to eat. Your body knows what it is doing, and it sends cues for TRUE hunger. I say if you do not feel hungry do not eat. Simple as that.

If you are having a hard time sticking to 1200 then I would manually adjust your settings. Use a BMR and TDEE calculator and use those figures to determine how many calories you consume daily. I try to eat low carb, because frankly carbs make my belly stick out...lol. The less I eat of them the flatter my stomach looks.

Yes especially with water "weight". When you retain water the scale will always be up. The more water you drink the less you retain and the more accurate the number on the scale is. In my case it is too damn hot. Here in Dallas you are likely to die from heat stroke trying to exercise outside at this time of year. I try to get outside and do my exercise in the Fall when it isn't sitting at 106 in the shade. Gosh I miss California.

I guess there is hope for me yet. I don't have any kids but I absolutley hate my stomach and am working hard to get it flat. I drink tons of water, watch my sugar intake like a hawk, and just started kettlebell circuits. Hopefully at the end of this month I will see some results. Going to definitely check into Insanity!

With that dress...I say go with option 2. It compliments the silhouette of the dress. Option 1 is very cute as well but the platform is too chunky for the occassion.
