Ab Cuts???
Has anyone tried Ab Cuts? It's not a diet pill it's a supplement that is supposed to help you gain muscle in your abdominals along with exercise. That is the area I hate the most yet want to see the most results in.

I am doing this with the hope that my MFP friends are going to be honest with me. I have been working hard at losing my (disgusting...as I see it) stomach since about February. What does everyone do to get great abs? Lately I have been seeing a lot of before and after posts of women with great abs who say they are lifting heavy to get those.
