Has anyone tried Ab Cuts? It's not a diet pill it's a supplement that is supposed to help you gain muscle in your abdominals along with exercise. That is the area I hate the most yet want to see the most results in.

Without knowing the ingredients and just basing my opinion off of the claims this supplement makes, I would suspect that it's bullsh*t and you should save your money and not purchase this.

    What a load
    CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

CLA is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in meat, dairy, and safflower oil. Research suggests that conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) may help to reduce body fat and enhance lean tissue. CLA can be used by anyone hoping to decrease body fat and/or improve their physique.*
    GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid)

GLA is derived from the seeds of the evening primrose plant oil, and/or borage oil.*
    ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid)

ALA is regularly found in Flaxseed. ALA is very beneficial Omega 3 fatty acid that provides an array of health and physique assistance. Along with physique improvement, ALA has clinical proof supporting its positive effects on Cardiovascular health.*
    EPA & DHA (Fish Oil)

EPA and DHA are the two fatty acids that make fish oil so beneficial. These two fatty acids have been linked to heart benefits and even body fat reduction.* *

Thanks guys! Yeah I wondered about consuming "fat" (oils) to lose fat. Don't think I will be taking this one.

I am not a big fan of supplements, tried them when I was younger looking for sports energy and some weight loss etc. I do not think a supplement can yield results greater than hard work and proper diet. That said, I love CLA and have seen firsthand great results not only with myself but with friends and family. I do not feel bad taking this, not a ton of mystery ingredients in it. perhaps I work harder while taking it and the results are better, who knows. I did manage to lose significant prior stubborn belly fat though. To each their own, there are certainly far worse things you can put into your body hoping for a quick fix. Not sure the full list of ab cuts, but cheap jumbo bottles of CLA work for me. I think I pay $20 for 180 caps and make sure I get 3 grams serving per day. Good luck!

My roommate in college used to take abdominal cuts and swore by them. I decided to try them too. I always ate a healthy balanced diet and went to the gym 5 days a week. I decided to try these "pills" without changing my diet or exercise routine. I took 1 with my breakfast and 2 during lunch and 2 during dinner. After 2 months I lost an additional 10 pounds and my stomach was so much flatter! Not too sure about other people's experiences with them but I had fantastic results and will continue to take them!

Ab Cuts are amazing! Personally, I've tried all of them except for the Green ones... and out of the original, lean (with raspberry ketones) and the pink women's formula, the women's worked by far the best. I thought originally this was only for abs, but quickly noticed my butt, thighs and arms shrinking without changing my normal cardio routine or diet! And I only took on average 2 to 3 pills a day (unlike the dosage of 2-3 a meal). I would highly recommend finding it on sale and give it a shot!
