I do 6 days of workouts a week. 2 days a week I play full court basketball, 2 days of personal training, and 2 days of running 3-5 miles. I used MFP diary exclusively. I ate back half of my exercise calories and tried to exceed my protein macro every day (i didnt always get it right)

when i was in college walking down the street with my girlfriend, a car drove past and the guy yelled "f*** her, I would" my then girlfriend was absolutely horrified. Sadly, I couldnt stop laughing. 20 years later, still makes me chuckle. I should grow up.
