I ended up finding an Adidas jacket and got cuffs put into it with a local seamstress!

will try that. The gap also does online tall clothes (although gap and old navy are the same company so makes sense)

I have one called pinkspantry.com I list all calories and have a searchable recipe handy for finding recipes based on what your main food category is.

I put mine on a hat and don't even know its there. I use the cheap Mountain Equipment Coop brand with rechargeable batteries. It lights up dark paths and I charge once a week (I run 6 times a week in the pitch dark). I think my MEC lamp was $22. They tried to upsell me but for running you don't need to see anymore than 4-5…

Are you Canada or the US? In Canada, I find them in Lifestyles market and Planet Organic. Both organic grocery stores. I know you can get online in the US and I have a friend that has found them at Whole Foods before? Good luck!

I don't care at all about driving traffic to my site. I was simply trying to provide those that might not be as familiar with how to cook spaghetti squash as a link to more information. I share recipes all over the web and seem to experience the most negative reaction from MFP users. I never understand it as when I was…

Kelp noodles ( a whole bag is around 105 mg of sodium). I have a can of the soup at home and will check tonight when I get home. The blanket is off beyond the rack....i love it!

i eat this probably twice a week! Would eat it more if the soy sauce didn't make my fingers and ankles bloat up like i'm pregnant.

GO LEAFS!!!! I have runners hungry daily. People are AMAZED at how much I eat.

I have been very tempted to try this same thing with hotdogs and try to see if kids would eat it at a party!

Hi "Footers" I am 6'1, I achieved my goal weight this year so am now enjoying the "maintaining stage". I started at 175 and am now 142 pounds. Took me three years! I wear a size 11 shoe (after shoving my feet into size 10's for my whole life I can finally admit that I am size 11). Nice to meet all of you!

I don't think the pb2 is necessary. I used it to try to sweeten up the taste. I might try again with fresh blackberries or fruit mixed in.

The white things are ice as my freezer is set to very cold!

Fitshop.ca sells pb2 Ship via canada post I just ordered 36 bags as my coworkers all buy together to save on shipping.

I have found pb2 in canada in health food stores. I have also ordered online from bell plantation. Sorry for breaking any community guidelines. I post my recipes with pictures for the directions so to post the recipes on this site would be more effort ....alas why I link to my blog.

Replies to questions: - Of course the picture is one that I made! - The three ingredients can only be discovered by going to the blog (smiles) - if you can't find chocolate almond milk you could also use chocolate PB2 - Oopsie Bread is good! Nice find.

Hi all! A couple of quick thoughts (just had a coffee) so am feeling energized to respond. Is it a DIET or is it just your way of "clean eating" or "healthy living for life". I have been at my goal weight for 2 years now and people still ask me, when are you going to stop dieting. I keep trying to tell them that I was…

Too funny. I had guilt over the 5 seeds that were in the acorn squash. Then again, I have guilt if I throw out any vegetables from my fridge. EVER.

Zero calorie peanut spread. for a very humorous read: http://www.pinkspantry.com/2013/05/if-its-too-good-to-be-true.html

Excellent! Did you alter the recipe or try a different sauce? I love hearing about how to make them even better!

Thanks for the positive feedback! You can also follow me on facebook by liking my Facebook page to get access to all the recipes. Facebook.com/pinkspantry I tried with red cabbage the other day and it was also just as tasty. I added a little tomato sauce to that version and melted a little of cheese on top in the oven.

just posted this red zucchini pasta that is low calorie and uses canned coconut milk. http://pinkspantry.blogspot.ca/2013/06/red-curry-zucchini-pasta.html

I came across this last week and decided to put it to the test! my flour made the recipe 50 calorie per tortilla, but who's counting between 10 calories really? I was quite pleased with the recipe and posted my feedback on different flavors that can be used to make different tortillas based on the dinner or lunch or…

Tried very hard to like this product. For a humorous read, see my blog post on my attempt to make this product work: http://pinkspantry.blogspot.com/2013/05/if-its-too-good-to-be-true.html

They taste nothing like the gross shiritaki noodles! No smell, not mushy. They are almost a bit crunchy. They don't have much of a flavor but take on whatever flavor you put in the sauce. For salad, if you rinse and cut them up and toss with a bit of lime, they taste like you have added a bean sprout almost? I live in…

I haven't tried any other recipes yet as I am obsessed with the Phad Thai right now. I have added tofu to one version and chicken to another. I also have noticed kelp noodles coming around in restaurants more. Check out this blog post as it includes a picture of a kelp noodle salad I had when I was on vacation recently. It…

Thanks for the positive feedback. I put a lot of effort into finding healthy recipes and glad I can share them!

You don't need to use marshmallows. I only added in in an attempt to get my 5 year nephew to eat them :) I am sure you can find the noodles in the UK - look for yam based noodles, or tofu noodles or shiritaki noodles. I believe I found about them from someone originally in the UK! They do come out of the oven quite "soft",…
